1. Product role

RoleHatch is a job-search-assistance tool. It helps users screen candidate roles, understand full job descriptions, assess fit, generate or revise job-application greetings, organize pending application lists, and assist with job-search communication after the user's confirmation. All analysis and generated content are reference material only. They are not employment, recruiting, career, legal, or other professional advice and do not guarantee any result.

2. Eligibility and minors

You must have the legal capacity required by applicable law and the right to use the accounts, resumes, and other materials you provide. RoleHatch is not directed to children under fourteen. Other minors must use the service with a guardian's guidance and within the scope allowed by applicable law.

3. You make the final decision

You must check the role, greeting, resume, and other relevant information before sending or applying. RoleHatch treats your confirmation as an important step before a formal action and does not regard unconfirmed content as your final job-search decision. You must make the final judgment based on the actual role information, your circumstances, and the recruiting party's requirements.

4. Acceptable use

You must use RoleHatch lawfully and in good faith. You may not use it for harassment, fraud, false statements, circumvention of technical limits, attacks on or disruption of third-party system security, infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights, or any other conduct that violates applicable law or third-party platform rules. You remain responsible for complying with the rules of recruiting platforms, browsers, and other third-party services you use.

Where we identify clear illegal conduct, abuse, fraud, security attacks, or serious violations of service rules, we may limit, suspend, or terminate relevant accounts, entitlements, or features to the reasonably necessary extent and take measures needed to protect the service and other users.

5. AI-generated and matching results

Job matching, text analysis, resume profiles, and greetings may be generated by automated models and may be incomplete, outdated, biased, or inaccurate. You must assess actual role information and your own circumstances and complete necessary checks before using generated content. RoleHatch does not rely solely on automated models to make employment decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on your behalf.

6. Accounts, invitation codes, and paid entitlements

Some features may depend on login status, invitation codes, membership, quotas, or other entitlements. If RoleHatch offers paid services, price, validity period, usage quota, automatic renewal where applicable, cancellation method, and entitlement scope are governed by the actual purchase or display page.

Refunds, cancellations, and other consumer rights are handled under the clear rules on the purchase page and applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit rights that applicable law gives users and does not permit us to exclude or limit. You must protect your account, verification code, session, and device access and contact us promptly about abnormal use.

7. Third-party platforms and services

RoleHatch is an independent job-search-assistance tool. It does not represent BOSS Zhipin and does not constitute its official endorsement, partnership, or agency. Third-party websites, recruiting platforms, browsers, cloud services, email services, and model services are independently operated by their providers; their availability, content, policies, and rules are not controlled by RoleHatch.

Third-party platforms may set their own rules for automation, access frequency, account use, or communications. You must use RoleHatch according to those rules. RoleHatch does not promise that its features will always be available on every version of a third-party platform.

8. Availability and changes

We continuously improve the product, but do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every website version. RoleHatch may adjust, suspend, or stop some capabilities because of changes to third-party page structures, browser capabilities, model services, network conditions, security incidents, or product iterations.

For a major change that materially affects purchased entitlements or important user rights, we will provide any explanation required by applicable law. Mandatory legal provisions prevail where applicable.

9. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise in writing, the RoleHatch brand, interface, code, copy, and other proprietary content belong to their lawful rights holders. Third-party open-source components and third-party brands remain subject to their applicable licenses and rights notices. You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your resumes, personal materials, and other user content.

10. Privacy and data processing

For how we process resumes, jobs, greetings, account entitlements, diagnostic statistics, and data used by third-party services, read the Privacy Policy. You may submit a request for data access, copying, correction, deletion, or another applicable right through the support contact channel.

11. Job-search outcomes and limits of responsibility

RoleHatch does not guarantee a recruiter reply, interview, offer, compensation increase, or any other job-search outcome. Outcomes depend on many factors, including role authenticity, recruiting-party decisions, the user's qualifications, platform rules, and market conditions. You must make your own final judgment about role selection, message content, application actions, and subsequent communications with recruiting parties.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss directly caused by a third-party platform's own service interruption, a recruiting party's conduct, or your breach of a third-party platform's rules. These terms do not exclude liability that law does not permit us to exclude or limit, nor do they restrict mandatory rights you have under law.

12. Updates and contact
